A recommendation engine to speed up the sale process

As Partner and Advisor, we had been contacted by a Company to build artificial intelligence tools to accelerate marketing and sales processes.
We developed a super optimized recommendation engine to find the best person to get in touch in comparison to an identified professional.
The basic question the recommendation engine is able to answer is: "What is the more similar professional as Elon Musk but in Microsoft?"
The algorithm analyses thousands of parameter to find out the closest profile to the indicated one.
As a Sales Reps it is really important to find the key people in a Company to speed up the funnel.
We also had been asked to implement a personality trait algorithm starting from a user's writing, to optimize the approach style during first contacts.
